We at HalleysBlue provide skilled erecting crew for the erection process & manage our teams with our own fleet of haulage & certified cranes.
Erection Steps exclusively we follow globally:
Secondary Framing: This involves erecting the Girts, CR Sections/Purlins, bracing members, portals, Pipe struts & framed openings made using cold rolled Galvanized Steel to suit the building loading parameters & roof load specification. Once the primary & secondary members are framed in position, this completes the main erection task & can proceed with sheeting job.
Roof & Wall Sheeting: This involves fixing of 55% Al-Zn coated Galvalume Profile Sheets of color your choice. The sheets are fixed as per Design layout on roof & at side walls ensuring 100% leak proof coverage with impeccable art of fixing.
Trims & Accessories: This is the final & important step which involves installing/fixing of water collect-drain systems, trims & closures. This step really brings jaw dropping Aesthetic appearance to the Steel Building.
