Shearing Machines capable of cutting 6 m High Tensile plates with accuracy 0.1 mm.
CNC Plasma Flame Cutting Machines for higher thickness plates cutting.
H-Beam Fit Up Machines for fast & uniform Built Up Beams production.
Sub Merged Arc Weld Machines for continuous & smooth welding.
Flux Cored MIG Weld Machines for end & joints welding.
CNC Punching Machines for producing accurate holes.
Airless Spray Painting System for higher anti corrosive paint finish.

We have additional supporting system which runs in parallel with the above machines in Beam production.

C Purin Line capable of profiling wide range of sizes & specifications with 345 Mpa High Tensile Steel
Z Purlin Line capable of profiling the Z sections with wide range of sizes which are Globally used for conventional & Pre Engineered Buildings
Special Sections Profiling line for profiling custom designed sections for automotive industries, construction sector, material handling areas & different special purpose requirements.

Roof & Cladding Metal Sheets:

Tile Sheet Profiling Line for profiling new concept sheets similar to conventional tile type roofing.
Metal Sheet Profiling Line for profiling High Strength high depth corrugated profile sheets for Roofing & Cladding with Bare Galvalume & wide range of Color coated sheets.
CNC Press Brakes capable to profile the PEB accessories with accuracy of 0.25 mm
